Order of Meridian: Alpha

From the race of the techno-organic Greas, Alpha uses his twelfth level intellect in weapon design and defense grids. also responsible with ideas on Zords and solving the ability to draw power from the morphing grid and the teleporting system. Though he possesses a slight ego over his teammates about his skill, he ever strives to learn how to be more human and less of a 'drone'.
During the story, Alpha is sent undercover to find out the source of Master Vile's new found surplus of weapons and militia. Chapter 6 is when he reveals to the other members of the involvement of Lord Zedd and a possible solution to ending the war. Alpha has been working on smaller droids so that he could split his soulic algorithms amongst various droids to have his own attack force. While finishing the setup process, the Temple of Light has been breached by Lord Zedd himself. Alpha put up quite a fight, but in the end Zedd impaled him with his staff and threw his body into the Temple's main power supply, destroying it. In Chapter 7, the Power of Light is destroyed and the location of the Zeo Crystal has been discovered, Zedd leaves the temple, destroying the various droids Alpha didn't activate. With 10% energy left, Alpha crawled through the scraps of his army and found one still in tact. Connecting to it, Alpha started to download, but the power needed to transfer was more than he had left. Alpha dies, still connected to the droid. When Zordon discovers the damage in Chapter 8, he finds Alpha. After grieving the loss of his friend, he begins to leave and confront Lord Zedd. As he leaves, he hears a voice. Turning, he finds the droid standing up. The transfer Alpha did seemed to work, but since he died before the transfer was complete, the droid only retains 65% of Alpha's data. Thus began the life of Alpha 5.
